Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. As your Reiki practitioner, I use a technique called “hands-on healing” through which a universal energy is transferred through my palms to you as the patient in order to encourage emotional and physical healing. Some Reiki benefits include a reduction of anxiety and depression, improved sleep, stress and tension relief, digestion issues, improved confidence and clarity and overall healing. Your Reiki session may be combined with an IET session for optimal relaxation and healing.


Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET)

IET is a powerful yet gentle energy therapy system that gets the “issues out of your tissues” for good. This healing modality helps to imprint feelings of safety, ease, forgiveness, love, humble pride, and innocence in ones energetic anatomy. Clients typically feel lighter, calmer and empowered and some are more connected to their intuition. Integrated Energy Therapy changes your vibration so you can embrace a new way of being. 

Whether you’re breaking an addiction, grieving the loss of a loved one, or simply looking for more ease in your daily life, IET can support you. The IET techniques are based on a unique cellular memory map in which 9 primary locations are identified as storage areas for suppressed emotion. Using gentle therapeutic touch, healing energy is directed into these specific areas on the body. Energy blocks are then released and cleared through the IET techniques and power points located along the spine.

The IET techniques painlessly awaken and clear core cellular memory which has been suppressed within the body, mind and spirit; assisting the release of old energy patterns and promoting the self healing process.
