Workshops & Groups

All workshops and groups at Boston Mind and Body offer a supportive environment for women where positivity, honesty and vulnerability is encouraged and accepted. Each event is purposeful and empowering, and centered on helping women realize the importance of healing, self love, self worth and self nurturing.

Every event provides a safe space for women to open up about personal and sensitive issues. Empowerment is achieved through mutually empathic and supportive connections. There is no competition, as every participant motivates, frees and empowers one another.

Although therapeutic in nature, the offered events are not group therapy or a substitute for therapy and/or mental health counseling. Should a participant express an interest in individual counseling, a licensed clinician will provide them with resources to find a provider.
